Weekly Stay
If you book a 2 weeks' stay, you will be granted a 10% discount on the second week and a 15% on the third week.

It is included in the price: water consumption, electricity, gas, bed and bath linen and kitchen cloths (weekly change). At your arrival a caution deposit of 150,00 € is required.

REGULATIONS:
• The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Appartamenti La Rocca.
• The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque
• A caution deposit of 150 € is required.
• Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 20:00. Guests are requested to inform of the expected time of arrival (check-in) at the apartment within the previous week by fax to the number +39 0587 622148 or via e- mail. At your arrival, please dial the number +39 0587 622148 to allow the check in.
• Rooms must be left by 10:00.
• 7 day stays can start from Saturday to Saturday
• Animals are not allowed.
• Extra cleaning service (20 € per hour) and extra linen change (10 €) are not included in the price.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations up 60 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 20% of the total price.
Cancellations up 42 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations up 16 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 75% of the total price.
Cancellations after 16 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
The apartment will be given suitably cleaned and furnished with:
a cooker with 4 gas rings, an electric oven and a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer, cutlery (knives, forks, spoons, ladles, etc..), dishes (soup plates, shallow plates, dessert plates etc..), glasses, coffee and tea cups, a salad bowl, frying pans, saucepans, pots, a baking pan, an Italian espresso maker, a colander, a strainer, a tin - opener and a bottle - opener, a tray and a grater. Mobile barbecues are available on request and they must be returned, properly cleaned, after use.
Bathroom accessories:
a tooth brush cup, liquid soap, a mop and floor - clothes, a spoonge, a broom with a dustpan, a plastic basin, a plastic bucket and a dustbin.
The apartment must be left not later than 10 after a check out.
